Identification of Need
Upon identification of a staffing need, Haynes Therapy Group promptly scheduled a meeting with the director of the school district or special education department to comprehensively outline the specifics of the position, encompassing factors such as caseload, school level, and any special populations involved. This collaborative exchange of information ensures that HTG understands the nuanced requirements of the role, enabling us to effectively source and recommend qualified candidates.
Interview Process
Morgan Haynes, as a licensed and experienced therapist herself, spearheads the initial interview and screening process. Her first hand expertise enables her to formulate specific questions tailored to access the candidacy of applicants effectively. Through this process, Morgan can thoroughly evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and fit with our company culture. Subsequently, qualified candidates are presented to the school system for their own interview process
Recruiting Process
As a therapist-owned and operated company, we have unique access to communities and forums within the therapy field, which allows us to connect with other therapists effectively. In addition to leveraging these specialized resources, we utilize standard job board websites such as Indeed to reach a wider pool of potential candidates. Furthermore, our reputation for treating clinicians exceptionally well results in a steady flow of referrals. We also cultivate relationships with local universities and actively participate in their job fairs and networking events to engage with prospective candidates.
Vetting & Verification
As part of our rigorous background check process, we verify all licensure, educational credentials, and work history of candidates. Morgan personally oversees the verification of therapists’ state and national licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. By meticulously verifying each aspect of a candidate’s background, we uphold the highest standards of professionalism and qualification within our team.
